2022-2023 Basketball Program Grades 5 - 8

Basketball season is quickly approaching.    This season’s fee will be $350.00 per player. This is due at the time of registration. Students will not receive a uniform until payment is made.  If players withdraw, there is no refund. 

We have JV teams for 5th & 6th grade boys and girls and Varsity teams for the 7th & 8th grade boys and girls.  There are approximately 12 games per team/season (depending on the number of teams in the league) and opportunity to qualify for the playoffs for the Varsity teams. We make every effort to field competitive teams, provide playing experience for the players, while providing an invaluable learning experience for all of our players.  Practices will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights beginning November 15th. Home games will be Sunday mornings.

NO FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE 11/10/22 DUE DATE 

Please sign and date the Eligibility form available to be printed from FACTS Family Portal indicating permission for your son/daughter to play in the upcoming season.   
Once this enrollment form is complete, you will be redirected to the FACTS Family Portal where you will find the Basketball Program Eligibility form in resource documents. Please print, complete, and send this in to school. Also, please be sure your child's (ren's) Medical information is up to date in FACTS / Renweb online.
This is for 5th through 8th grade only. Due by November 10, 2022
