Admissions

Acceptance to The Saints Academy depends upon the following:

Pre K students must be four years of age by September 1.
Kindergarten students must be five years of age by September 1.
Grade 1 students must be six years of age by September 1.

An Academic Recommendation Form will be forwarded upon receipt of the application for completion by a current teacher.

Once the application has been processed, notification of acceptance or wait list status will be forwarded based on the Admissions Timeline below.  Placement in the class will be offered based on the following priority basis:  siblings at The Saints Academy, family registered in The Beverly Collaborative or children of alumni.

The Saints Academy Admissions Timeline for 2025-2026 School Year
2025-2026 Applications Open:  September 30, 2024
New Student Applications will be available online Sept. 30th and applications submitted by December 20, 2024, will be considered for Early Decision.

Documents/Information to upload:
○ Birth certificate
○ Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
○ Most recent report card (may be final one from last year if no new report card has been issued this year)
○ Current/Active 504 or IEP (if applicable)
○ Name and email of current teacher for referral (Applicants for grades 6-8 will need both math and reading teachers’ information)

Re-enrollment Opens for Current Families:
November 17, 2024 - January 31, 2025
Current families will have the opportunity to reenroll for the 2025-2026 school year.

Early Acceptance Application Deadline: 
December 20, 2024

All applications submitted by this date will be considered for the early acceptance round of admissions.

Sign-Ups for Shadow Days:
January 2, 2025 - February 7th, 2025
A Shadow Day will be scheduled for applicants whose application was submitted before the December 20, 2024 early acceptance deadline (required for acceptance).

Middle School Open House
Date TBD
Open House for current 4th & 5th grade families and open to prospective families. Sign ups will be sent out prior to event.

Early Admissions Decision Notifications:
February 14, 2025 Early admissions decisions will be emailed.

Regular Admissions Decisions Round 1:
March 28, 2025

For applications submitted between December 21, 2024 - February 28, 2025
Round 1 of regular admissions decisions will be emailed.

Regular Admissions Decisions Round 2:
May 9, 2025 For applications submitted between March 1, 2025 - April 4, 2025
Round 2 of regular admissions decisions will be emailed.

Rolling Admissions:
Starting May 9, 2025, for applications submitted after April 4th for classes with remaining openings.
