Admissions

Acceptance to The Saints Academy depends upon the following:

Pre K students must be four years of age by September 1.
Kindergarten students must be five years of age by September 1.
Grade 1 students must be six years of age by September 1.

An Academic Recommendation Form will be forwarded upon receipt of the application for completion by a current teacher.

Once the application has been processed, notification of acceptance or wait list status will be forwarded based on the Admissions Timeline below.  Placement in the class will be offered based on the following priority basis:  siblings at The Saints Academy, family registered in The Beverly Collaborative or children of alumni.

The Saints Academy Admissions Timeline for 2026-2027 School Year
2026-2027 Applications Open:  October 2, 2025
New Student Applications will be available online October 2, 2025 and applications submitted by December 21, 2025, will be considered for Early Decision.

Documents/Information to upload:
○ Birth certificate
○ Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
○ Most recent report card (may be final one from last year if no new report card has been issued this year)
○ Current/Active 504 or IEP (if applicable)
○ Name and email of current teacher for referral (Applicants for grades 6-8 will need both math and reading teachers’ information)

Re-enrollment Opens for Current Families:
November 13, 2025 - February 1, 2026
Current families will have the opportunity to reenroll for the 2026-2027 school year.

Open House for Prospective Families:
November 18, 2025 PreK-Grade 5
Tours available 9am-1pm 

Middle School Open House for Current & Prospective Families:
November 20, 2025 6pm-7pm
Open House for current 4th & 5th grade families and open to prospective families. Sign ups will be sent out prior to event.

Early Acceptance Application Deadline: 
December 21, 2025
All applications submitted by this date will be considered for the early acceptance round of admissions.

Sign-Ups for Shadow Days:
January 5, 2026 - February 5th, 2026
Shadow Day visits for applicants whose application was submitted by December 21, 2025, early acceptance deadline.

Early Admissions Decision Notifications:
February 12, 2026 Early admissions decisions will be emailed.

Regular Admissions Round 1 Application Window:
December 22, 2025 - February 22, 2026 
Applications submitted by February 22, 2026, will be considered during Round 1 of Regular Admissions. 

Regular Admissions Decisions Round 1 Application Deadline: 
February 22, 2026
All applications submitted by this date will be considered for the first round of regular admissions. 

Sign-Ups for Shadow Days:
February 23, 2026 - March 19, 2026
Shadow Day visits for applicants whose application was submitted by February 22, 2026, Round 1 Regular Admissions Acceptance Deadline. 

Regular Admissions Round 2 Application Window:
February 23, 2026 - March 29, 2026 
Applications submitted by March 29, 2026, will be considered during Round 2 of Regular Admissions. 

Sign-Ups for Shadow Days:
March 30, 2026 - April 30, 2026
Shadow Day visits for applicants whose application was submitted by  March 29, 2026 Round 2 Regular Admissions Acceptance Deadline. 

Regular Admissions Decisions Round 2: 
May 7, 2026
For applications submitted between February 23, 2026 - March 29, 2026 Round 2 of Regular Admissions Decisions will be emailed.  

Rolling Admissions:
Starting May 8, 2026, for applications submitted after March 29, 2026 for classes with remaining openings.
